Harlem and New Yorkers are reminded that a travel advisory is in effect from Sunday evening through Monday morning, March 21, 2016 and Alternate Side Parking is suspended on Monday. According to forecasts, snow is expected to begin around 9:00 PM, Sunday, and will end by daybreak Monday, with the a chance of lingering snow showers through the morning commute. A total snow accumulation of two to four inches is anticipated. Nighttime temperatures Sunday are expected to be around freezing. New Yorkers are asked to exercise caution and be prepared for slippery roads. As nighttime temperatures drop to below freezing, untreated surfaces can cause slick conditions. Please allow for extra travel time during your commutes.
