Weather: State of Emergency Travel Ban From Harlem To Hollis

Bill_de_Blasio_11-2-2013Due to severe winter weather, Mayor De Blasio has issued a State of Emergency for New York City from Harlem to Hollis, Queens..

All non-emergency vehicles must be off all roads in the city by 2:30 PM EST, and until further notice.

Call 9-1-1 if you have an emergency and please check on your Harlem neighbors who maybe disabled and/or elderly.
