The diverse community of Washington Heights will come together today to denounce hate following an incident on Monday, where two Yeshiva University students were threatened and told to remove their yarmulkes. State Senator Adriano Espaillat and Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez will be joined by other elected officials, community leaders and residents to unite against hate of any kind, in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the City.
