Voza Rivers ‘What Would You Do’ At MIST Harlem

WHAT WOULD YOU DO in harlemVoza Rivers/New Heritage Theatre Group has added a production of What Would You Do to the bold new voices series at MIST Harlem. 

“What Would You Do?” is a play about 6 young adults struggling with love, sex, identity, family, and HIV and other consequences of their life changing decisions through poetry and spoken word. It is an intelligent, Shakespeare meets Harlem Renaissance meets Jazz meets Hip Hop riveting, suspenseful, hilarious, tear jerking, thought provoking Urban Earth-tone shot of reality. What Would You Do , written and directed by Luther Isler, a member of IMPACT Repertory Theatre, stars Sergio Jimenez, Lady Logic, Anthony McKenzie, Zipporah Gatling, Tre Rollins, Kaira Batiz and Kaya Mehlomakulu. The performance will be followed by a talk back with the actors and Mr. Isler.

What Would You Do is a joint production of New Heritage Theatre Group, MIST Harlem and The Bomb Shelter.

Monday August 24, 2015 at 7pm. MIST Harlem is located at 46 West 116th Street.
