Vendors Invite To West 102nd & 103rd Streets Block Association Yard Sale

April 22, 2017

Dear Neighbor:

Got Stuff in Your Closets? Desperate to Sell It Off?
Here’s a perfect chance to do it and have some fun in the neighborhood.
Become a vendor at this annual neighborhood event and take home a pocketful of cash for things you no longer need or use. Appliances, books, clothes, trinkets and kids’ stuff (children’s items do particularly well!).

For all details about how to become a vendor, please see:

We have great spaces left, so come out and join your neighbors. Spots are $60 for vendors who are not block association residents (discounts available for our residents); we do not rent half-spaces but you may share your space with others as you choose. Check out our site above and our FAQ.

Note: We do not provide tables. Also, vendor spaces are for private, residential customer’s use only. We will not rent space to “professional” vendors or to those selling prepared food intended for consumption at the event.

Please see the http://www.w102-103blockassn.org website above for full details.

See you then,
