Uptown And Down Town Car Free Day 2019

Good afternoon,

We are thrilled to announce that Car Free Day 2019, will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2019!

We will be partnering with DOT again this year to reopen Broadway, from Time Square to Union Square. For our partners interested in participating in this portion of Car Free Day, please see the RFP’s on the DOT website. https://www1.nyc.gov/html/dot/summerstreets/html/carfree/carfree.shtml

We encourage all partners to also participate in our Northern Manhattan event, St Nicholas from 181st St to 190th St.

All of our Uptown Stakeholders, we will be hosting our first Uptown meeting on February 25th at 9 am. Please join us at Alianza Dominicana Center. 530 W 166th St, 2nd Floor. Please confirm your attendance at CarFreeDayNYC@gmail.com
