The New York State Land Title Association’s Gifted Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program

December 19, 2019

The New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA) today announced its third consecutive year of participation in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program for residents from Harlem to the Hudson.

Fifty-two NYSLTA member companies participated and provided gifts for 665 children on Long Island, New York City, Westchester, Ulster County and Albany. This continues NYSLTA’s Charitable Works Committee’s Commitment to making positive contributions in communities in which its members work and live.

NYSLTA’s Charitable Works Committee is incredibly happy to once again take part in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program, and we will continue to use our resources to aid our communities across New York,” said Kathy Roper, Chair of the NYSLTA Charitable Works Committee. “We are gratified to work with the Salvation Army to achieve a shared goal—to make the holidays brighter for underprivileged children throughout the state.”

The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program matches donors with children from qualified families and provides them with a tag that symbolizes a child in one of their programs.
