NY Curbedreports that a 44-unit residential building is headed to East Harlem. The 12-story structure will rise at 94 East 111th Street, at the corner of Park Avenue, and be designed by Karl Fischer Architects, according to 6sqft, which also published new renderings of the project.Continue reading
