Statement From Small Business Services Commissioner Bishop On Grubhub Deal For COVID-19 Small Businesses Affected

March 13, 2020

NYC Small Business Services Commissioner Gregg Bishop stated: “Grubhub is leading the way in their support of small businesses and now is the time for all of us to stand behind this community and get involved. We worked with cities around the country to get this done and we need the private sector to follow this example and continue to provide relief to our most vulnerable small businesses. We are doing everything we can and it’s up to all of us to make sure our businesses remain open during this unprecedented time.”

“If you’re looking for ways to support your local restaurants, buy gift cards, order delivery and if you’re healthy and able, stop by in-store. Now is the time where we can all lend a helping hand as the City and country react to this novel virus.”
