On Saturday, March 26th, 2022, Harlem photographer Seitu attended Charles’s Pan-Frying Chicken grand opening ribbon-cutting in Harlem, NY.

Charles Gabriel is a James Beard-nominated chef and Harlem icon who will serve his famous pan-fried chicken and fixings at 340 West 145th Street In Harlem.

The event was attended by Charles himself, staff, community supporters, and many others.
