On Monday, September 23rd, 2024, the cast of FX series Grotesquerie descended upon Spring Studios for its premiere.

The arrival room had a gothic feel, setting the stage for a night of dark glamour and eerie anticipation.

Leading the charge was the Emmy-award winning Niecy Nash-Betts (Detective Lois Tryon), who stunned in a hooded jumpsuit from Attack Concept. She made a grand entrance alongside Dana Walden, Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment.

Other notable cast members gracing the carpet included Courtney B. Vance (Marshall Tryon) wearing a black suit with a smooth black brim hat, Nicholas Alexander Chavez (Father Charlie Mayhew) in a jazzy gray suit, Micaela Diamond (Sister Megan Duval) wearing a jaw-dropping Brick Turtle Neck Maxi Dress from PRISCAVera, and Raven Goodwin (Merritt Tryon) in all black.

While the cast was in full force, one notable absentee was Travis Kelce (Ed Laclan), the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend. Although he couldn’t attend the premiere, his mother, Donna Kelce, was in the building.

Beyond the cast, other notables included Sherri Shepard and Teyonah Parris, to name a few.

Nash-Betts expressed her excitement about the role in a recent GMA interview, noting that she was excited to reunite with Ryan Murphy and tackle a character like Detective Lois Tryon. Grotesquerie sounds like the series everyone will be talking about.
