Sales Launch For The Vandewater In Harlem

January 28, 2019

After topping-out last year above Morningside Heights in Harlem, the Vandewater has now launched sales of its 183 condominiums. Located at 543 West 122nd Street, the 33-story residential building stands 391 feet tall, with a total scope of over 300,000 square feet. It is designed by Incorporated Architecture & Design, while SLCE Architects is the executive architect. Savanna is the project’s developer, while Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales.

Thanks to its prominent positioning atop the local surrounds, residents will have unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River. Views of the George Washington Bridge can be seen to the north. Some residential units will have their own private outdoor landscaped terraces that are part of the building’s tiered setbacks.

There will be a mix of studios to four-bedroom residences, starting around $900,000 for studios, and ranging up to $6 million for a four-bedroom spread. Residents will soon enjoy nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities including a cobblestone motor court and a double-height lobby, 24-hour concierge service by Luxury Attache, a fitness center with a yoga/pilates room, a 70-foot lap pool, a salon, a pet spa, a music room, a children’s playroom and private outdoor dining space and two landscaped gardens. Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA) is in charge of the landscape designs.
