Roche Investors, founded by Trish Paravas, has launched sales for its first boutique condominium project, Roche Residences, located in historic Harlem.

Trish Paravas, who immigrated to the United States from India with just $180, has strategically chosen Central Harlem as her entry point into Manhattan’s competitive real estate landscape.
