RFP For The 125th Street Development Local Investment Fund

On behalf of the East 125th Street Development Task Force, Manhattan CB 11 is coordinating the issuance of an RFP for administrative and management services related to the East 125th Street Local Investment Fund (“LIF”). The LIF is one of the long-standing commitments negotiated as part of the East 125th Street Development Project’s Points of Agreement.

We encourage respondents with expertise in (1) marketing small businesses, (2) coordinating and managing the process of making low-interest revolving loans, (3) coordinating the management of equity investments, (4) working with cultural institutions, and/or (4) performing or managing job training functions to submit response.

Copies of the Solicitation for Proposals are available at Manhattan Community Board 11’s Offices, 1664 Park Avenue, Ground Floor, New York, NY 10035.
