A Queens man died after he was shot in East Harlem early Sunday morning, police say. Steven Vasquez, 21, was shot at an apartment building at the Wagner Houses at 350 East 124th Street just after 2 a.m.
When officers arrived on the third floor of the building, they found Vasquez with a gunshot wound to his head.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital but did not survive his injuries.
A 22-year-old man was arrested. Police say he is a person of interest.
A .45 caliber firearm was recovered, according to police, who were at the scene investigating early Sunday.
Police said it was unclear what the argument was about.
