For a discussion about his experiences and the hit Broadway musical Come From Away that was inspired by this remarkable story, on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, 1047 Amsterdam Avenue (at 112th Street).
Kevin Tuerff’s memoir, Channel of Peace: Stranded in Gander on 9/11, explores his personal experience of the amazing true story about the small town of 9,000 in Newfoundland which welcomed 7,000 passengers from 90 countries after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, inspiring the hit musical Come From Away.
