Permits For Development Have Been Filed For Mixed Use Apartment Building In Harlem

February 3, 2020

Development permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 463 West 125th Street in Harlem, New York. Located between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Avenue, the interior lot is a short walk to the 125th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Chaim Dahan under the Reglobe Development 100, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 12,188 square feet, with 9,251 square feet designated for residential space and 245 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 660 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 33-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Christakos Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced reports NY Yimby.
