On May 4th, The African Film Festival Opening Night was a proud and pride filled event at The Walter Reade Theater at Lincoln Center.

The New York Premier of the Australian movie Tanna was well received with rousing applause at its end. The story was filmed in the South Pacific. The cinematography is on point, what a beautiful location.
