The NYPD officer is under investigation after his attempted arrest turns into boxing match on the streets of Harlem. The plainclothes NYPD officer was filmed fighting Saykou George (name has not been confirmed) during the day on Wednesday, July 2nd.
NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton has said the incident is being reviewed
