NYPD And The Harlem Community Join Together To End Gun Violence

harlem mothersTomorrow, members of the NYPD’s 26th, 28th and 32nd precincts will join hundreds of Harlem residents, children and community leaders to kick off “Play Street,” a community wide event aimed to put an end to gun violence. The event, taking place at 128th Street b/w Frederick Douglas Boulevard and St. Nicholas Avenue, will be hosted by Harlem Mothers S.A.V.E (Stop Another Violent Ending), and will feature games, education activities, sports and community resources.

Harlem Mother’s S.A.V.E (Stop Another Violent Ending), in association with The Peebles corporation along with opening remarks made by Donahue Peebles III.
