An off-duty NYPD auxiliary cop was hospitalized early Saturday after he was stabbed in the back during a clash in Harlem, officials said.
The 24-year-old victim, who name was not released, got into an argument outside a deli on St. Nicholas Place near W. 155th St. before he was attacked about 2:30 a.m., police said.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital and is expected to recover.
There were no arrests.
Auxiliary cops are uniformed volunteers who are not armed and usually patrol the neighborhoods they live in.
