Nicole DeCicco is back with our brand of great American wine for the holidays. We’ll start with a ultra-premium Long Island sparkler and finish with a Black Chicken…ssSSh! During prohibition you could buy a black chicken but you couldn’t buy a bottle of wine.
Scotland’s Calling

A mountainous country with several Islands and a maritime climate have been making whisky since the 1700’s. Like wine, the single malt whisky can be loosely defined by region. The lowlands, the Highlands, Campbeltown, and the islands of Islay and Mull produce whisky with subtle distinctions defined by the regions they are from. Lowland Scotch tend to have a balance and softness that is not overpowered by the peatiness that comes to the forefront of the great Highland Scotches. The Island scotch tend to be dominated by brine and seaweed character.
If you want to learn more about Scotch, the best way is to taste with a guide and Sara Miller will guide us through a wonderful array of 5, 12, and 18 year Scotch whisky.

Wednesday, November 25th, 3:00pm to 7:00pm (Special time)
The final tasting before Thanksgiving, Michael Rigney will join us to help finalize those last minute wine decisions. The focus will be on French wine and there are sure to be a few stunners.
