August is heating up on NickMom with the debut of the brand-new hidden-camera dating series, Undercover Cupid, on Saturday, Aug. 2, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT). Hosted by Nyima Funk (Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Key and Peele), the series follows unsuspecting single moms and dads who are surprised to meet three eligible dates picked by their kids as they go about their daily lives. Funk helps the teenaged daughter or son narrow down the potential candidates to the top three suitors who take their single parents on hilarious dates they’ll never forget. Undercover Cupid is executive produced by Scott Stone (BrainSurge) and Tracy Mazuer (Millionaire Matchmaker), and will air Saturdays and Sundays at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) throughout August on NickMom.
In the series premiere, Tyler is looking to help find love for her thrill-seeking, real-estate agent single mom, Tami. Tami first meets Joe, an energetic event manager who becomes her partner in a bizarre bowling tournament. Then she meets Tim, a handsome personal trainer who joins her in giving advice to a waitress with boyfriend problems. Finally, she is paired with former chef Steve at a VIP dessert-tasting event that ends in disaster. When the hidden cameras are revealed, find out who Tami will choose for her big date.
