A free, 6-week summer intensive film program where teens, ages 15-18, work in small teams to make short documentaries on subjects important to them and their communities. Past projects have explored themes of youth culture, police brutality, fatherhood, sexuality, race and beauty, community gardening, and more. Films have screened at schools, festivals, hospitals and conferences worldwide, and students who successfully complete the program can enroll in our yearlong after school program to learn more about filmmaking, impact and distribution, and careers in film and media arts.
JULY 6 – AUGUST 14, MON / WED/ FRI, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
