An anonymous Long Island-based LLC has filed applications for a six-story, seven-unit residential building at 509 West 167th Street, located uptown in Washington Heights. The project will measure 8,676 square feet and rise 60 feet to its rooftop.
The residential units should average 975 square feet apiece, which means the apartments could either be rentals or condominiums. There would be one apartment on each floor except for the fifth floor, where there will be two apartments.
Long Island-based OMF Architects is the architect of record. The 2,039-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story townhouse, for which demolition permits were recently filed.
