The event culminated in a remarkable moment, as Bach Mai and Leviev paid homage to an iconic moment in fashion history – recreating Cecil Beaton’s iconic 1948 shoot of Charles James designs.
Guests were invited into the tableau to closely admire the models clad in Leviev jewelry and Bach Mai designs.
Leviev, the high jewelry house led by Chagit Leviev and Greg Sofiev, curated a special Beaton-inspired jewelry collection for the occasion.
Each of the exquisite jewelry designs, named after Cecil Beaton and many of the models featured in iconic 1948 shoot, showcases the extraordinary breadth and expertise of Leviev and the world’s rarest colorless diamonds and fancy color diamonds.
Altogether, the Leviev collection presented is valued well over $50 million and represents countless thousands of carats of diamonds.
Saudi princess and fashion entrepreneur Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz was in attendance wearing a suite of Leviev jewelry. Actor Caylee Cowen, tech entrepreneur Lucy Guo, social influencer Amina Kadyrova also wore Leviev jewelry for the event. Other well-heeled attendees included Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Tanner Adell, Bailey Bass, and Jessica Wang.
