What’s new is old and what’s old is new. A$AP Rocky has debuted a new single, titled “LSD,” along with its accompanying visuals on his tumblr.
From the looks of it, they have been experimenting in and out of the studio. From the streets of the Japan to intimate moments with Yoon of AMBUSH, the music video is filled why psychedelic visuals reminiscent of the Twilight Zone meets 1960’s “hippy life” to the 2010 film Enter the Void vibe, which aptly fit the track title. The Harlem music artist had professed in various interviews that his experiences with drugs had influenced him to experiment with new sounds in his music, which is abundantly clear in “LSD,” on this sample and it came at the hands of based god, Lil B. It follows a range of teasers for the upcoming record, including the recently-aired Rod Steward and Mark Ronson collab, “Everyday”.
His sophomore LP At.Long.Last.A$AP is expected June 2, and will include this new release.
