Tuesday, November 29th 2016, is Giving Tuesday, East Harlem’s legendary Union Settlement is giving back to the East Harlem community by passing out free reusable folding tote bags.
They are giving out the free tote bags to people who agree to pay it forward through at least three acts of kindness or charity.
