The latest addition to Catsimatidis’ real estate ventures is a 12-story mixed-use building at 280 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea

This 100,000-square-foot development will feature 104 residential units, a Community space, Ground-floor retail, and Amenities including a fitness center, media room, and rooftop garden.

Catsimatidis has owned the Chelsea property for four decades, demonstrating his long-term approach to real estate. “When I bought this property it was originally a Chase Bank and will now be converted into new homes for New Yorkers,” he stated, highlighting the transformation of the site.
