A Harlem man who hired a Las Vegas prostitute is suing her escort company because she “did an illegal sexual act” which left him suffering from a “psycotic (sic) disorder.”
The surreal lawsuit claims Hubert Blackman, 22, from East Harlem, called cops on the woman because she had “broke the law.” He was shocked when they threatened to arrest him for having sex with her, according to legal papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court.
He’s demanding a judge orders the woman return the $275 he paid her, close down the business she works for and order a payment of $1.8 million to compensate him “for the tragic event that happened.”
He’s also claiming treatment for the mental disorder he blames on the Sin City encounter.
In an interview with the Las Vegas Sun, Blackman said he called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals on December 17 and ordered a lap dance in his hotel room.
He said the woman stripped and performed a dance for $155. She was then paid another $120 to perform a sex act, he said.
But the next morning Blackman called police because he was unhappy that the woman left after only half an hour. He said he’d paid her for an hour.
Police told him he could be arrested.
He acknowledged to the newspaper that he knew prostitution was illegal in Las Vegas.
