One Solution, the cross-platform sales and integrated marketing division of Radio One, Inc., announced that Tuwisha Rogers has been appointed to Vice President of Brand Leadership.
Her appointment is effective immediately and she will be based in the company’s New York office. In this role, Rogers will be responsible for overseeing the newly-created Brand Leadership team, which manages One Solution’s top tier and long-term client relationships. She will report to One Solution President Detavio Samuels.

Rogers’ has held a number of high ranking roles throughout her career, in which she has exhibited exceptional leadership and management skills. She has successfully launched numerous marketing programs, including notable initiatives for Microsoft, Black Enterprise and Procter & Gamble to name a few. Rogers served as public relations manager to Randal Pinkett, Ph.D., CEO of BCT Partners LLC., who was the 2005 winner of The Apprenticeon NBC hosted by real estate magnate, businessman and TV personality Donald Trump. She also worked as an account supervisor managing the Microsoft Bing and Target accounts for Translation, a Manhattan award-winning company owned by advertising executive Steve Stoute. She credits Pinkett with teaching her valuable lessons on leadership, management style, teamwork and opening her mind to become a creative problem solver.
Prior to joining One Solution, Rogers owned Wish Factor Consulting, a consulting firm which specialized in crafting integrated marketing solutions and community relations strategies for big brands. Her former work experience also includes serving as Vice President of Client Services for EGAMI Consulting Group Inc, an award-winning marketing firm based in New York.
In addition, Rogers is a community leader serving on the board of trustees and committee chair for Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey. She is an active speaker at workshops for public schools, colleges and various other organizations on topics such as personal branding, academic development and community partnerships. With her enormous commitment to her community, Rogers has been noted as an honoree and recipient of The Network Journal’s 40 Under-Forty Achievement Award (2013).
Rogers received her Bachelors of Science degree from William Paterson University, a Master of Public Administration in Urban Studies from Kean University and a New Jersey teaching certification in general education K-8.
