Carjacker Tyrone Neli, 41 who police suspect was high on high synthetic marijuana, led cops on a crazy car chase in Harlem after he threatened a woman with a brick before stealing her 2007 Ford Escape at St. Nicholas Ave., and West 129 St. in Harlem at 9 a.m., according to cops.
He fled to East Harlem, where his wife flagged down cops and said he was having a psychotic episode, sparking the chase crashing the SUV near a behind the 28th Precinct station house.
He faces charges of robbery, grand larceny, resisting arrest and driving on drugs (source).
