The NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert in regards to the disappearance of Rosa Gonzalez Rios, a 65-year-old female with dementia.
She was last seen in LaGuardia Airport on 9/4 at approximately 6:00 PM EST, wearing a maroon long sleeve button down shirt and skirt, carrying a zebra colored duffel bag. She may be in the Harlem area of 125th Street, Harlem USA, possibly lost or confused and in need of medical attention.
