Just a few weeks before the release of his highly anticipated sophomore album, At.Long.Last.ASAP, ASAP Rocky covers the latest issue of Billboard magazine. In the interview, the Harlem bred rapper talks about his upcoming film role, his new album and losing his friend ASAP Yams.
“He left his notebook. He left his blueprints,” Rocky says of Yams. “His album’s f**king incredible. I want to finish what he started.” Apparently, Rocky plans to release Yams album. He also refers to his upcoming album as a tribute to Yams.
The 26 year old also has an upcoming role in the film Dope. Of his role, he says, “I want something that gives me more of a challenge and is less clichéd. Until I find something that feels right, I’m going to stay my ass off the big screen.” (source)
