The Arts Horizons LeRoy Neiman Art Center in Harlem is hosting its Fourth Annual Spring Fundraiser, ART SPLASH 2016 on Thursday evening, June 2ndfrom 6 – 9 PM, honoring Congressman Charles B. Rangel, U.S. Representative, 13th Congressional District.
Others honored in the event include George T. McDonald, Founder & President, The Doe Fund, Inc.; Seret Scott, Director/Actor/Playwright; and Manhattan Borough President Gale A. Brewer.
The charitable evening of cocktail reception, tastings from Harlem’s leading restaurants will be framed by a Legacy benefit exhibition and auction highlighting the works of a host of notable contemporary fine artists including Joe Bellbey, Willie Mae Brown, Ramona Candy, Jimmy James Greene, Laura N. James, George McDonald, Karl McIntosh, Otto Neals, LeRoy Neiman, Donovan Nelson, Robert Reid, Ann Tanksley, Michael Kelly Williams and the Students of the LeRoy Neiman Art Center.
Brandee Younger will join the distinguished group of arts by fueling the evening with the melodic sounds of the harp!!!
