The Jasmine BRAND exclusively reports, Juelz Santana is pleading with a judge to allow him to move out of his mother’s home and back in with his girlfriend and baby mama Kimbella.

Earlier this year, Juelz was indicted on two federal firearms charges relating to bringing a .38-caliber Derringer to Newark Liberty International airport back in March.

He is out on $500,000 bond and was ordered to wear an ankle monitor and be on house arrest, at his mother’s New Jersey home.

On June 8, Juelz’ lawyer wrote the judge a letter pleading for the rapper’s conditions of his release be modified, to allow him to leave his mother’s house and move back in with his girlfriend and their children.

The rapper explains the judge allowed him to bail out, with the condition he be under home confinement with his brother and mother in New Jersey with electronic monitoring. He says since being out he has fully complied with the court orders and is requesting to be able to move back home with his girlfriend and their kids.
