Harlem‘s Eugenia Foxworth has been named president-elect of the FIABCI-USA Chapter, of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-ORG).
Ms. Foxworth stated:
I am honored to have been sworn in by FIABCI President Hugh Gilliam as the FIABCI-USA 2020/20201 President-elect on Friday, July 17th, 2020. In May 2021, I will be installed in Atlanta, Georgia, as President during the FIABCI-USA Spring Symposium at the Historic Academy of Medicine.
I will be the first African-American to hold this position in the history of the FIABCI-USA Chapter. The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-ORG) was founded in 1951, and our headquarters is in Paris.
We are an umbrella organization of professionals that are in every aspect of real estate. We are in 65 countries and have 3000 members; in 1996, we obtained Special Consultation Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECODOC).
