A peek around the south west corner looking north on Seventh Avenue and 125th Street of turn of the century Harlem, New York, 1918.
The photographer takes this picture almost unnoticed from the corner (where the Hotel Theresa stands) of the Morris Shoe company with $5.95 and $6.85 shoes advertised in the window. In the frame a woman’s garment is moving out of the frame, a gentleman quickly follows behind her in the center of the frame and as a Harlem Trolley Subway car travels west across 125th Street with billboards selling Ketchup corn, and much more (source).
