In Harlem, the Police Athletic League (PAL) boys and girls participated in PAL’s Floral Contest 2017, with youngsters at PAL’s Harlem Center at 441 Manhattan Avenue in Harlem, New York.
A number of the PAL youth finished in third place in the Floral Contest for their artwork in the 2D art category, which illustrates different types of flowers.
Meanwhile, children from PAL’s Polo Grounds Cornerstone, located at 3005 Eighth Avenue, earned third place for their artwork in the 3D art category, depicting nature in Harlem, New York.
