A Harlem woman was so obsessed with having the perfect Kim Kardashian-style booty, she got a butt injection in an unmarked Manhattan building — and wound up dying from the botched surgery, police sources said Monday.
Latesha Bynum, 31, had the toxic tush procedure in an apartment on East 21st Street near First Avenue in Gramercy Park on July 15, 2017, according to police.
She was struck by intense chest pain and dizziness and called frantically called 911 on at around 11 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.
Bynum was rushed by ambulance to St Luke’s Hospital, where she was pronounced brain dead and soon after removed from life support, police sources said.
