The New York City Emergency Management Department today issued a travel advisory for Saturday, January 7, 2017. According to forecasts, light snow is expected to begin early Saturday morning and continue through Saturday evening from Harlem to Hollis.
A total of two to three inches of snow is expected. Harlemites are advised to exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking, and allow for additional travel time as roads may be slippery. Be prepared for limited visibility and dangerously slick road conditions, as below freezing temperatures can create black ice.
