Harlem Shake Looks To Open Second Joint In Harlem

Harlem-ShakeThe NYPost reports that Harlem Shake — the retro burger joint of Miss Harlem Shake 2015 Competition fame is opening a second neighborhood location.

The company, which launched at 124th Street and Lenox Ave. in 2013, has signed a 15-year lease for a 2,450 square foot space at 2162 Second Avenue, at East 111th Street. The 1,200-square foot restaurant will have 65 seats inside and an additional 35 seats on its patio.

It is slated to open this spring.

Mark Tergesen and Robert Kempner of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the landlord, Staj LLC, while Francesco Bardazzi of PD Properties represented the tenant.
