A knife-wielding 27-year-old man slashed another man, 24, in the neck in the lobby of a Harlem apartment building early Saturday — and ended up getting slashed in the face in a fight over the blade, officials said.
The two clashed inside the Amsterdam Ave. building near W. 89th St. about 6 a.m., cops said.
Horrified witnesses, including a man walking his dog, called 911, reporting a “big fight” in the lobby, sources said.
The attacker and his victim were taken to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and were expected to survive, cops said.
