It was Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, it also was the official launch of Net Generation, the USTA‘s new approach to inspire the next generation of tennis players which was broadcast nationally on ABC on Sunday, August 27, 2017.
The stadium featured a live performances from Sofia Carson, star of Disney’s Descendants franchise, and global pop sensations Jack & Jack, along with singer-songwriter-musician Alex Aiono, up-and-coming group Why Don’t We, Epic Records’ Saving Forever, and UK boy band New Hope Club and best of all you can watch the pros practice like Venus Williams, Federer, and more at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, NY.

It was a festival of tennis, music and fun honoring the legacy of legendary pioneer Arthur Ashe that served as the start of the 2017 US Open, which runs thru September 10th, 2017.
