Chef Matthew Tivy is charged with sex with a minor and distribution of child porn.A West Harlem TV chef had sex with an underage Bronx boy in a Best Buy parking lot and boasted of an encounter with another boy, authorities charged Thursday.

Matthew Tivy, the 54-year-old chef and owner of Café du Soleil 2723 Broadway (in between 104 and 105th Streets) on the Upper West Side, also tried to recruit other pervs for group sex with a 14-year-old boy from New Jersey, while swapping porn with other teenage boys, according to a criminal complaint in Manhattan Federal Court.

Tivy is the chef and owner of Cafe du Soleil on Broadway in the Upper West Side.

Tivy faces charges of sex with a minor and distributing child porn. Authorities learned of the scale of Tivy’s deviant escapades after he was arrested in May on allegations of having sex with a 16-year-old boy. At that time, after examining Tivy’s Samsung Galaxy cell phone, investigators learned of the Dec. 30 encounter with the Bronx student, who was 14 or 15 at the time, court papers said.

FBI agents arrested Tivy on Thursday morning at his Upper West Side apartment.

“It’s shocking. He seemed like such a nice guy, like an ordinary guy,” an employee at his building said.

Tivy, who has appeared on the Food Network’s “Chef Du Jour,” allegedly arranged the December meeting through the guys-seeking-guys hookup app Grindr.

“That was really fun,” Tivy allegedly texted afterward. “Even though you were very bad not to tell me how young you are haha but I don’t mind.”

“Oh I thought I told you,” the victim replied.

Tivy allegedly responded, “I’ve been with a high school guy before so it’s cool.”

He later went online to share videos of the encounter that took place in his black Honda parked in the Best Buy lot.

“I have one kid that I f—ed in my car. He’s a high school sophomore,” he allegedly wrote to other pervs.
