springyaipflyerWe are contacting you about PAID INTERNSHIP opportunities with the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation.
  
NMIC’s YAIP program is funded by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development.
  
Our goal is to provide disconnected young adults aged 17-24 with intensive job readiness training and 14 week paid internships in their fields of interest.
To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be aged 17-24.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Not be enrolled in school or be attending a GED/HSE or employment assistance program.
  • Not have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree (applicants with or without a high school diploma or GED/HSE credential are eligible).
