New Tork Yimbly reports that Great Neck, N.Y.-based Kalico Group has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building at 165 East 107th Street, in East Harlem. The townhouse will measure 5,656 square feet and rise on a vacant 17-foot-wide, 1,716-square-foot lot. One of the units will be located on the ground floor and the other unit will span the second, third, and fourth floors. There will also be a roof deck. Sion Hourizadeh’s Floral Park, N.Y.-based Sion Consulting Engineering is the applicant of record. The site has long been vacant, but it’s very likely it was once occupied by a four-story brownstone.
