The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch from Harlem To Hollis today, July 13, 2017, at 2:00 PM until tomorrow, July 14, 2017, at 6:00 AM. Excessive runoff from rainfall may cause flooding of urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses, as well as any other drainage areas and low-lying spots.
Do not drive your vehicle or walk into areas where the water covers the roadway; the water depth may be too great to allow you to cross safely. If you lose power and have a disability or access needs, or use Life Sustaining Equipment (LSE) and need immediate assistance, please dial 9-1-1.
