NYPD Precinct 33Fidelis Care and NYPD Precinct 33 invite the public to join them for Unity in the Heights, a free community celebration featuring health screenings, music, food, activities for
children, and more. Unity in the Heights will be held Saturday, August 23 from 11 AM to 5 PM on West 175th Street between St. Nicholas and Audubon avenues.

“From the face painting and rock wall climbing for kids to the health
screenings and information about community services, Unity in the Heights
is for everyone,” said George Rodriguez, Fidelis Care Director, Marketing.
“We are proud to partner with NYPD Precinct 33 to host this celebration and
bring neighbors together.”

Screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure will be
offered. Women can also make an appointment for a free mammogram through
New York Presbyterian Hospital. NYPD Precinct 33 will provide child ID
cards. Neighbors can also enter a raffle to win a bicycle and other prizes.

Fidelis Care reminds the community that applications for health insurance
coverage through the State-sponsored programs Medicaid and Child Health
Plus can be made year-round. Representatives are available at Unity in the
Heights to answer questions about health insurance and help eligible
residents apply for enrollment.
