DETAILS: EmblemHealth and the Harlem Yoga Studio invite you to join us for an introductory yoga class that is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Each session will include:

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Try not to eat a heavy meal within two hours of class, but a light snack at least 30 minutes before is ideal.
